If you are a consumer and the order has been delivered in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the order, without needing to provide a reason. In addition, our commercial policy extends this period to 30 days (and, for Christmas orders, at least until January 7). Consult the return policy.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example, an email to rostheria@gmail.com or a letter to the address indicated below. You may use the model form on this page, although it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the communication before the deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
- We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day you inform us of your decision, using the same means of payment that you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof of its return, whichever condition is met first.
- You must return the product to us without delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal. We will provide you with the return address when we respond to your request.
- The direct costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the one you ordered.
- You will only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
