How much is shipping?
Free to all of Spain and the European Union. To the United Kingdom, it costs €12.99.
How long does it take?
Between 5 and 8 business days from the moment you place your order. Once it ships, we will email you the tracking number.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
To have it at home by Christmas Eve, we recommend ordering before December 12th. In December, carriers have higher volumes and delays may occur.
Are there packs?
Yes, and they work out cheaper per unit:
- Individual: 1 lamp for €29.95
- Duo Pack: 2 lamps for €49.95
- Family Pack: 3 lamps for €69.95
- Friendship Pack: 4 lamps for €89.95
The pack price is applied automatically in the cart.
How is the lamp powered?
By USB. It works with a laptop, a 5V mobile phone charger, a power bank, or a car USB charger.
Does it need to be assembled?
It comes as a kit to assemble in a few minutes, with an illustrated guide. It is a perfect activity to do as a family.
Can I return it or give it as a gift and have them exchange it?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. If you purchase it between November 1st and December 24th, the period lasts at least until January 7th, so that the person receiving the gift can also exchange it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrives defective or is not what you ordered. In addition, all products have a 3-year legal warranty. See return policy.
